At Truska we operate a quality web design, management and support service and as such we need to be available to our clients at all times, and especially when they may experience difficulties. That means we have to have our phones available and being a small business that is not always easy to do in-house.

One of the services Kendelbell offer, is handling overspill calls when an office is busy or unattended. Concept Advertising & Marketing has been using the services of Kendlebell now for a number of months and also we previously used the company for a three month period early last year.

The service is simple to set up and works seamlessly with messages being emailed or texted as per our requirements. Al Chadda looks after the account personally and is extremely helpful and flexible if any special requests are made.
